As an assistant 4 shift supervisor, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our depot in Bleiswijk. You’ll balance hands-on tasks with guiding a team of logistics employees, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. What You Will Do:

• Coordinate: ensure efficient sorting processes while monitoring quality, safety, and productivity;
• Lead: guide, monitor, and motivate logistics employees daily in collaboration with the coordinator;
• Plan: prepare and organize tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing goods flow;
• Contribute: participate in operational tasks such as order picking, locating products, and maintaining order in the depot;
• Monitor: oversee SLA compliance and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
